These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at ajrax.com (the “Site”), operated by AJRAX LLC (“AJRAX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Jersey company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this Site

The Site provides general information about AJRAX LLC and its two divisions — AJRAX Construction and AJRAX Technology — as well as our products, including My Transmittal. The Site is informational in nature.

Our product My Transmittal is governed by separate terms published on MyTransmittal.com. Those terms, not these, apply to your use of the app.

2. No professional or contractual offer

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to perform construction services, a professional recommendation, or a binding commitment. AJRAX Construction is in early development, and the Site does not represent that specific contracting services are currently being offered. Any engagement for services would be subject to a separate written agreement.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by others. You agree not to:

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including MyTransmittal.com and app store pages. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
